INGREDIENTS:
- For the biscuit: 6 eggs, 130 g sugar, 130 g flour, 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 2 tablespoons milk
- For yellow cream: 1 liter of orange juice, vanilla pudding 3, 8 tablespoons of sugar
- For white cream: 500 ml of milk, 6 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 200 g of butter
- For the chocolate glaze: 200 g dark chocolate, 50 g butter, 3 tablespoons oil
- And: biscuits Pettit beure
PREPARATION:
- For biscuit separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks with sugar, add flour with baking powder and finally whites. Pour into a greased sheet, flatten and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Pour the cake with a few tablespoons of milk.
For yellow cream mix pudding with sugar and part of orange juice. Boil down to the rest of the juice, cook until it thickens. Still hot cream pour over cake layer. Over creams immediately agree row biscuits briefly soaked in milk. Cool.
For white cream mix flour, cornstarch and sugar with one part milk but boil down to the rest of the boiling milk. Cook for a few minutes until the cream thickens. To the cooled cream mix previously made butter. White cream applied over biscuits. Over white cream applied chocolate glaze you made so that the chocolate is dissolved with butter and oil.
Cool, decorate as desired and serve!
